CAD Library Management

Need help managing tens of thousands of components? Need a reliable list of alternative parts and suppliers? Having trouble choosing components?

I have experience in bootstrapping CAD libraries from scratch. Schematic symbols, parametrics, step file models, and more. I manage Altium Designer, Solidworks, and other common CAD libraries with collaboration in mind.

Circuit Simulation

Worried that your design margins are too close for comfort? Having trouble determining heat dissipation, system response and expected behaviour?

I can help setup SPICE libraries, models, and simulations to give you peace of mind that your design is sound on paper and in simulation. Everything from switch mode power supplies, impedance networks, operational amplifiers, feedback systems and isolated systems.

Design for Manufacture & Assembly

Designing something mission critical? Having trouble with intermittent failure on a product? Issues with production and assembly?

I have designed products that utilize both SMT and TH wave soldering. Avoiding warping, tombstoning, cold joints and other common design issues is critical for ensuring that a faulty board never makes out of your facility.
